President & Principal
Bobby Khorshidi is the President and Principal of Partners Capital, Inc. He leads the team by defining and implementing the firm’s investment goals, maintaining relationships with its investors and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s three main business lines – acquisitions, finance and asset management. As the final decision maker on all dispositions and acquisitions, Bobby is responsible for refining the firm’s acquisitions criteria and creating systems and processes in line with the firm’s core beliefs, all with the full cooperation of the entire Partners Capital team.
Bobby has over 15 years of experience in various areas of real estate investment and management. Among his areas of expertise are purchasing and restructuring discounted, non-performing loans, originating and underwriting short-term hard money loans, arranging joint venture equity and structuring transactions. He takes a conservative approach on all investments, evaluating each deal on a “worst-case scenario” basis while customizing creative solutions to add value. Prior to establishing Partners Capital, Bobby spent a decade as an underwriter, loan officer and manager at Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for funding over $1.0 billion in loans. Since 2009, he has been involved in the purchase and disposition of over 1.0 million square feet of real estate.
He has been recognized by several trade publications for his achievements, including Real Estate Forum’s “Forty Under Forty,” a designation of the industry’s top 40 up and coming superstars under age 40. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
Bobby received a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
