Ryan Adjnasian is an Acquisition Associate for Partners Capital, with responsibility for sourcing, underwriting, analyzing, and negotiating the purchase of Commercial Real Estate Investments. In addition to his role as an analyst, he also helps manage with some of the day-to-day operations of existing holdings. Since joining the firm in 2018, Adjnasian has been accountable for both underwriting and valuing over $100MM of Commercial Real Estate. Adjnasian has also helped expand the company’s deal sourcing verticals by sustaining and developing new relationships with real estate professionals. Over the course of just two years, Adjnasian has been a part of roughly $50MM of transactions, both acquisitions and dispositions of the company.

Prior to joining Partners Capital full time, Adjnasian worked as an intern at Partners Capital where he supported acquisitions, management, and market research. At Partners Capital, Adjnasian helped assist with screening potential investments, underwriting, studying market data, preparing Letter of Intents along with Purchase and Sale Agreements, and presenting proposed investments to the committee. Prior to that, Adjnasian worked as an in-house Property Manager for ASE Realty, where he was responsible for tenant screening and turnover, collections, delegating maintenance tasks, and evictions.

Adjnasian graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy and is a member of the Trojan Real Estate Association.
