Dominic Perlman is an Asset Management Associate for Partners Capital, with responsibilities for portfolio asset management, reporting, forecasting, leasing, underwriting and project management. In addition, Dominic assists the acquisitions team with due diligence on new acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining Partners Capital full time, Perlman worked as a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where he helped lead a property management team of four people, covering a portfolio of two assets totaling 500,000 SF of Class A office space. At Cushman & Wakefield, Perlman assisted with budgeting, monthly reporting, leasing, construction management, and managing tenant and vendor relations. Prior to that , Perlman worked at an Investment Sales Associate at Berkshire Hathaway, where he was responsible for compiling lease and sales comp sheets, generating touring materials for potential acquisitions and creating pro-formas for multi-family investments.

Perlman graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Financials Applications and was a member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club at the Cox School of Business.
